“50 in your shoes”

This was the text message I woke up to this morning from my mother. I had no idea what it meant so after I brushed my teeth and lazed around for a while, I called her to figure out what this meant.

Turns out she had to leave early this morning and knew I was going to go out with a friend later so as a safety precaution she left me a fifty dollar bill in my shoe.

I forgot to take a picture but it was really cute to see a red fifty in my multicoloured kicks when I went downstairs.
